Sheep Fleece & Lamb Meat
Settlement Farm is in Underhill, Vermont, and we raise Montadale sheep and North Country Cheviot sheep using a 19th-century dairy barn.
The 1839 Vermont Farm Census reports 3300 sheep in Underhill at that time and very few dairy cows.
We have USDA-inspected, frozen, and vacuum-packaged cuts of lamb available for several months.
