Live spring lambs, meat
The sheep flock is Dorset crossbreds, grass fed and humanely raised. They all have names. We sell lambs as well as custom cut freezer lambs direct to consumers and to local restaurants and food markets. There are always cuts for sale from our freezers on the farm. We rent whole a lamb grill as well for lamb roasts and farm dinners. We raise 6 varieties of raspberries (mid-season, late-season and ever-bearers) and 5 varieties of blueberries, selling berries and lamb cuts through farm stands, the local coop and at the Ludlow Farmers Market. U-Pick is also available. The farm is sustainably powered by the sun, wind and Suffolk Punch draft horses. We grow our own hay, horse log and selling firewood. The horses are a big part of powering this side of the farm operations. Horse drawn sleigh rides happen whenever the weather permits. On the farm there is a Classic Vermont Hillside Farmhouse, it sleeps 8 – 12 people comfortably with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large living room, dining room and eat in kitchen. Great for family and group get togethers that can be rented for your farm stay.
